You will need to provide:

• The age requirement for debutantes is 19-22
• You will need to provide your candidate ID that was included in the nomination email.
• Your current school or career pursuit goals and Good Academic Standing.
• The reason you wish to be a debutante or escort.
• Provide a ‘motto’ that you live by.
• List any hobbies or interests.
• Provide service organizations you have volunteered and how the community benefited.
• Provide a ‘headshot’ photograph.
• Provide a reference with an email address. The reference will be emailed with a form to complete. References can include a teacher, family friend, relative, minister, coach, etc.
